Sir:

The Applicants submitted a Request for Certificate of Correction in the above-
identified patent on December 10, 2009. The Patent Office denied the request alleging
that the patent "is printed in accordance with the record". A Request for Certificate of
Correction to correct the same error in the continuation application, now U.S. Patent
No. 7,549,208 was filed on September 15, 2009, and granted by the Patent Office.

The Declaration and Power of Attorney filed in both applications is identical and
correct. Therefore, the Applicants submit that "the record" is incorrect and that the
Request should also be granted in this application.

The Applicants assert that Inventor Asahiko ISOBE inadvertently signed his
name over the "I" in Isobe and therefore it is not visible. However, the list of Inventors
submitted concurrently with the application included the correct spelling of Mr. Isobe's
name.

Therefore, please issue a Certificate of Correction showing the correct spelling of
inventor Isobe's name based on the attached.

No fee is deemed necessary. However, the Commissioner is hereby authorized
to charge additional payment due or to credit any overpayment, to Deposit Account no.
50-4888.
